Returns and Refunds Policy.

At Crux Pharmacy, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or need to return a product, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns
1.1. You may return a product purchased from Crux Pharmacy within 24 hours of receiving it, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support.cruxpharmacy@gmail.com or +2349164134227. You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
1.3. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

2. Refunds
2.1. After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund will cover the cost of the returned product, minus any shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
2.3. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items
